The Cheese Baron Butter is made in the traditional way with fresh milk cream. Natural probiotics ferments are added to the fresh cream in order to sour and generate the typical aromas of the real butter. After churning the fresh cream, butter and butter milk are separated. Our cheesemakers collect the butter and mould it by hand into blocks. The butter is rest for minimum 72 hours before packing.

Keep Refrigerated at 2-4°c to preserve the Active Lactic Culture benefits.
