Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders can be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1 day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

My Website (change this) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

You must check your products straight after delivery and let us know immediately if you find anything wrong with the product. You will be refunded for any defective products or receive a replacement product. Otherwise, our liability is limited as provided in these Terms and Conditions. You may request a product replacement or refund for up to 24 hours from the completion of delivery. We will investigate the issue and confirm to you whether your request has been successful.

We currently do not ship outside Thailand.
