Burrata, which comes from the Italian burro buttery, is an extra creamy mozzarella, which is made from a mixture of mozzarella and cream. The outer thin layer on Burrata is made of pasta filata, ie mozzarella of cow’s milk and the inside is filled with a soft, creamy mixture of strips of mozzarella and cream, all knotted together by hand by our cheese master.
Note: We accept Burrata orders from Sunday till Thursday only and the delivery will be every Saturday.
